The NAACP Tri-Cities WA Branch 1135-B Youth Council is the youth leadership component of NAACP Tri-Cities WA Branch 1135-B, serving young people throughout the Tri-Cities community.The Youth Council provides opportunities for young people to develop leadership skills, participate in community service, learn about civic engagement, understand the importance of civil rights, and become advocates for positive change.Our goal is to develop young leaders who understand that their voices matter and that they can make a difference in their schools, neighborhoods, and communities.
